During 08.-14. of March 2022 The Slovak Agency for Investment and Trade Development, in cooperation with the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic, organized yet another successful business mission dedicated to a unique Slovak product with a protected designation of origin.This mission was carried out as a follow-up of the thematic week Food, Agriculture & Livelihoods, EXPO DUBAI 2020. All 18 companies and associations within the business mission had the opportunity to meet with visitors of the Slovak pavilion from around the world, for some of them the representatives of SARIO have prepared tailor-made B2B meetings and also accompanied them to other networking events. Among other things, during the given week SARIO also organized a presentation of Slovak Traditional Day on the premises of the Slovak Pavilion. This presentation was opened by the director of the foreign trade department of SARIO Egon Zorad, followed by a presentation by the President of IPO SR Matúš Medvec. The presentation was closed by Meitha Khalid Al Marii from the Dubai Municipality. We met not only the overall capacity of the audience but also the expectations of exhibitors and guests.All of the unique Slovak companies, which attracted thousands of visitors with their unique products, expressed their great gratitude and satisfaction with the organization that SARIO provided from the beginning to the end of the event.Immediately after returning to Slovakia, the Minister of Economy of SR Richard Sulík received the entire delegation of IPO SR and SARIO at the Ministry of Economy to thank everyone personally for a successful mission that helped to make Slovakia visible in the world.
