Súhlasím so zhromažďovaním, uchovaním a spracovaním osobných údajov prevádzkovateľom, ktorým je Slovenská agentúra pre rozvoj investícií a obchodu so sídlom Trnavská cesta 100, 821 01 Bratislava, IČO: 36070513 (príp. jeho zamestnancom) podľa čl. 6 ods. 1 a) Nariadenia Európskeho parlamentu a Rady (EÚ) 2016/679 z 27. apríla 2016 o ochrane fyzických osôb pri spracúvaní osobných údajov a o voľnom pohybe takýchto údajov, ktorým sa zrušuje smernica 95/46/ES (ďalej len „nariadenie“), ako aj v zmysle zákona č. 18/2018 Z. z. o ochrane osobných údajov a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov pre účely:
• zasielania organizačno- technických informácií súvisiacich s predmetným Podujatím a zverejňovania svojich údajov v tlačených a elektronických (E-bulletin) materiáloch súvisiacich s predmetným Podujatím
• zaradenia svojich údajov do elektronickej databázy prevádzkovateľa, ako i s poskytovaním týchto údajov tretím osobám, ktoré prejavia záujem o obchodnú spoluprácu
Tento súhlas udeľujem pre všetky údaje obsiahnuté v tomto formulári, zaslanou portrétovou fotografiou ako aj výsledky obrazových, zvukových a audiovizuálnych záznamov vyhotovených v súvislosti s predmetným Podujatím, a to po celú dobu 5 (piatich) rokov odo dňa udelenia súhlasu alebo do doby, kedy dotknutá osoba priamo a účinne zašle prevádzkovateľovi informáciu o tom, že si neželá, aby boli jej/jeho osobné údaje naďalej spracúvané na email gdpr@sario.sk.
Zároveň som si vedomý/á svojich práv v súvislosti so spracúvaním vyššie uvedených osobných údajov:
právo požadovať prístup k svojim osobným údajom
právo na opravu osobných údajov
právo na vymazanie osobných údajov

I consent to the collection, storage and processing of my personal data by the Controller, which is the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency with the registered office at Trnavská cesta 100, 821 01 Bratislava, Company ID: 36070513 (or by its employee) pursuant to Article 6 (1)(a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), as well as pursuant to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, amending and supplementing certain acts, for the purposes:

I grant this consent for all the data included in this registration form, as well as the submitted portrait photography and the results of photo, video, audio and audio-visual recordings made in connection with the Event, and this for the period of 5 (five) years from the date of granting my consent, nevertheless, until the time the data subject directly and effectively sends the information to the Controller indicating that s/he does not wish his/her personal data to continue to be processed by e-mail gdpr@sario.sk.
