Business Mission to Singapore FinTech Festival

The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO), under National Project 2, is organising a business mission to Singapore FinTech Festival, which will take place from 16 to 21 November 2026. 

Singapore FinTech Festival is one of the world’s leading fintech events, bringing together representatives of the public sector, the financial industry and the global technology community. It provides a platform for establishing new business contacts, exchanging expertise and fostering international cooperation in financial technology.

The event focuses on current trends and innovations in financial services, developments in the regulatory environment and the latest technological solutions transforming the financial sector and the global economy. The previous edition welcomed more than 70,000 participants from 142 countries, highlighting its importance as an international platform for innovation, cooperation and the development of the fintech sector.

The mission will be organised under the national project Support for the Internationalisation of SMEs 2, implemented within Programme Slovakia, Priority 1P1, Specific Objective RSO 1.3, Measure 1.3.2, which supports the internationalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises.

TARGET GROUP

• Slovak small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the fintech and IT sectors

SARIO WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SUPPORT AS PART OF THE BUSINESS MISSION:

• one admission ticket to Singapore FinTech Festival for one representative of each participating SME
• accommodation in Singapore for one representative of each participating SME for the duration of the business mission
• a digital catalogue featuring the profiles of the participating companies
• on-site assistance from SARIO representatives throughout the business mission

THE SUPPORT DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• airfare
• any costs related to individual or additional requirements of applicants

SARIO reserves the right to modify the programme during the preparation of the business mission. The final programme will be communicated to the selected participants.

REGISTRATION

Register for the business mission by completing the registration form by 12:00 noon on 2 September 2026.

The anticipated number of participants in the business mission is 10 SMEs.

The selection of SMEs for the event will be subject to the rules of SARIO’s national project Support for the Internationalisation of SMEs 2. If the available capacity is reached before the registration deadline, SARIO reserves the right to close registration early.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Company registration for the event is binding. By submitting the registration form, the applicant confirms its genuine interest in participating in the event and acknowledges that the registration serves as the basis for initiating the process of verifying the applicant’s eligibility for support from SARIO.

If, after submitting the registration form or after the eligibility verification process has commenced, the applicant does not proceed with concluding the relevant contractual agreement, SARIO reserves the right not to accept the applicant’s subsequent applications to participate in other events.

The applicant is required to provide all necessary cooperation during the eligibility verification process, the conclusion of the contractual agreement and the organisational and technical preparation for participation in the event. If the applicant fails to provide the required cooperation, SARIO reserves the right not to accept the applicant’s subsequent applications to participate in other events.

The applicant acknowledges that, in connection with participation in the event, it is responsible for arranging and covering, at its own expense, travel costs, including airfare, accommodation, meals, travel insurance and other related expenses for all company representatives, unless expressly stated otherwise.
