Real Estate Database is an essential source of suitable sites offers for establishment of foreign or domestic investor.

SARIO offers the possibility to present your office space, buildings, land or an industrial area for investors.

In order to offer your property to the investor, it must be registered in the database properties in 4 simple steps.

1. download registration forms by the type of your property to your computer and fill it
2. completed contact form send to nehnutelnosti@sario.sk
3. within 7 days we will contact you by the regional representative
4. within 14 days, the regional representative will visit the site and your property will be included in the Real Estate Database allocated under the registration code

Your property should meet the following criteria:

• cleared property rights relations
• good links to the infrastructure
• approved land use plan for industrial purpose in the case of land area:
  • the land of 5000 m²
  • the industrial and technological premises of 5000 m²
  • the manufacturing and warehouse space from 500 m²
  • office space from 500 m²
