Registration — Scaling in Europe: Climate Tech and the Slovakia Advantage

I consent to the collection, storage and processing of my personal data by the Controller, which is the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency with the registered office at Mlynské nivy 44/b, 821 09 Bratislava, Company ID: 36070513 (or by its employee) pursuant to Article 6 (1)(a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), as well as pursuant to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, amending and supplementing certain acts, for the purposes:

• sending organisational and technical information related to the event Scaling in Europe: Climate Tech and the Slovakia Advantage („Event“), participation on Event in the territory, the possibility of finding business partners in the territory and mediation of contacts for companies interested in business cooperation in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, publication of my data in the printed and electronic materials related to the Event, as well as making, publishing and propagating my photograph and the results of my person's image, sound and audiovisual recordings for promotional and marketing purposes, and as the person concerned, I shall furthermore be given the privilege to record my personality's expressions granted under § 11 et seq. Act no. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code

• inclusion of my data into the electronic database of the Controller for the purpose of sending newsletter and bulk emails about events and activities of the Controller, as well as to the provision of these data to third parties interested in commercial cooperation

In order to be able to ensure your participation in the Event, we must share your personal data with the co-organizers of the Event, which are: the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, American Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia. We share your personal data with these partners because they are actively involved in the preparation of the Event as its co-organisers. 

I grant this consent for all the data included in this form, as well as the results of video, audio and audio-visual recordings made in connection with the Event, and this for the period of 5 (five) years from the date of granting my consent or until the time the data subject directly and effectively sends the information to the Controller indicating that s/he does not wish his/her personal data to continue to be processed.

At the same time, I am aware of my rights with regard to the processing of the above personal data:

the right to request access to my personal data

the right to have my personal data corrected

the right to have my personal data deleted

the right to limit the personal data processing

the right to object to the personal data processing

the right to portability of my personal data

the right to withdraw my consent (where consent forms the legal basis of the processing) by sending email to gdpr@sario.sk

the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic

I have been acquainted with all completed parts of this form, all the data are accurate and true and are being provided voluntarily. The summarised data from this form may be used by the Controller for statistical purposes, and this for the internal needs of the Controller. 

As a data subject  I hereby declare by my signature that the Controller has fulfilled his obligation to provide information in accordance with the Regulation in a concise, transparent, comprehensible and easily accessible form, formulated in a clear and simple manner.
