In addition, SARIO arranged a complementary programme for the business delegation in the form of a seminar titled “Expanding to the UAE: A Practical Guide for Businesses.” The primary objective of the seminar was to familiarise participants with the specifics of doing business in the United Arab Emirates, particularly its unique regulatory and tax environment. Companies thus gained valuable, practical guidance on entering and operating in this market. The afternoon programme continued with a networking event organised in cooperation with the Slovak Business Council. Beyond connecting Slovak companies with international partners, SARIO also considers it particularly important to foster cooperation among Slovak companies that are already successfully active in the region. During the mission, companies held more than 135 B2B meetings. The business mission provided Slovak SMEs with a unique opportunity to present their companies in an international environment, thereby supporting their efforts toward international growth and expansion.
