Business Mission to Saudi Arabia 2025

The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) organized a business mission to Riyadh on 23–27 November 2025 as part of the national project Support for the Internationalization of SMEs 2.

Fourteen small and medium-sized enterprises took part in the mission: 5.0 technologies, BatteryCheck, DAITABLE, FM Global Solutions, GREENOX, Instea, KREATEL, LAGREAN, MS-Vet, norriv, Polyplast Production Cooperative Pliešovce, Sensoneo, Triple G, and Zamagro Ltd.

The business delegation joined a Business Forum held in cooperation with the Federation of Saudi Chambers, the Slovak-Saudi Chamber of Commerce, and the Slovak-Saudi Business Council. The core of the program included B2B meetings and a seminar on investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia, delivered by representatives of Saudi Export and Invest Saudi.

On the second day, the program continued with a visit to the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones. Representatives of Slovak companies learned more about infrastructure development and available forms of government support for business and industrial growth in Saudi Arabia.

SARIO, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Riyadh, organized a joint networking event for the mission participants, giving company representatives the opportunity to build new contacts and explore potential business partnerships.

The last day of the mission concluded with a visit to the national institution Saudi DATA & AI and participation in The Annual Reception of the Business Community, one of Riyadh’s key events bringing together the local business community.
 

Throughout the mission, companies held more than 130 B2B meetings. The business mission offered Slovak SMEs a valuable opportunity to present their companies in an international environment, supporting their efforts toward foreign growth and expansion.
