Business opportunities for cooperation on the Turkish market

The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO), in cooperation with its established Turkish partner DEIK – Foreign Economic Relations Board of Türkiye, organized a webinar on September 18, 2025, focused on presenting business opportunities and prospects for cooperation on the Turkish market. 

The event provided Slovak entrepreneurs with a comprehensive overview of the current situation in Türkiye, its economic development, and the sectors offering potential for the growth of mutual trade and investment relations. Participants of the webinar had the opportunity to submit specific questions related to doing business and entering the Turkish market, which were addressed in the final part of the agenda by DEIK’s Chief Economist and Director of Economic Research, Mr. Hakki Karatas.

The webinar was organized with the aim of presenting the Turkish market also in connection with the upcoming session of the Joint Economic and Trade Cooperation Commission - JETCO. SARIO continuously supports Slovak companies in expanding their international activities and establishing contacts with prospective partners on global markets, including Türkiye.
