GlobalTags News Webinar Estonia On March 9, 2026, the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) organized another in a series of territorially focused seminars, with the primary goal of introducing foreign markets and their potential for developing business cooperation. This time, the webinar focused on the market of the Baltic country of Estonia.The country is among the most technologically advanced and innovative economies in the Baltic region. Thanks to its openness and strategic location in Northern Europe, it represents an attractive gateway to other Baltic and Nordic markets. With a population of over one million, the Estonian market may be smaller in scale, but it is characterized by high levels of digitalization, a business-friendly environment, and a strong demand for innovative, high-quality products and services from abroad. The webinar was opened by Daniel Ondruš, Director of the Foreign Trade Department at the SARIO agency, together with Martin Nastišin, Economic Diplomat at the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Helsinki. Mr. Nastišin provided participants with detailed information regarding economic diplomacy tools and other support options available through the diplomatic mission. The highlight of the webinar was a presentation on the Estonian market, delivered by Indrek Pällo, a business development strategist in Estonia.
