National pavilion at the SIAL Paris 2026

The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) organized a national pavilion at the SIAL Paris 2026 trade fair—held during October 17–21, 2026, in Paris, France—as part of the national project “Support for the Internationalization of SMEs 2.”

Over the course of five days, 15 Slovak companies specializing in the food industry exhibited at the national pavilion: Banskobystrický pivovar, a.s., Botanic Food s.r.o., DELIKA s.r.o., Eko spotreba s.r.o., Fytopharma, a.s., HORTI s.r.o., Liptov Food Company, LPS s.r.o., Marsen Distillery s.r.o., NAFA FOOD s.r.o., PSS SVIDNIK, a.s., Smoo to go s.r.o., SPACElab s.r.o., Spice IT s.r.o., TOMATA s.r.o., Zvolenská mliekareň s.r.o.

A total of six Slovak companies succeeded in having their products selected for the SIAL Innovation 2026 competition, which only confirms the quality and competitiveness of Slovak products. SIAL provided the companies with countless opportunities, as well as business meetings and chances to showcase their product ranges. The Slovak Ambassador to Paris, Ján Šoth, also visited the national pavilion during the exhibition. He spoke with participants and had the opportunity to learn about the companies’ goals and gain a closer understanding of the goods and products they presented at the national pavilion.
 

SIAL Paris ranks among the top three largest food events in the world; this year’s edition featured 8,000 exhibitors from 130 countries, and attendance reached nearly 300,000 visitors. Slovak companies held 550 B2B meetings and rated the trade show overall as highly beneficial and one of those events you simply must attend if you want to break into the international food industry.
