GlobalTags News Fairs & exhibitions Taliansko SMEs From May 5 to 8, 2025, the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) participated in the prestigious Tuttofood Milan 2025 trade fair with a national pavilion, as part of the National Project aimed at supporting the internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises.Tuttofood is one of the largest and most important trade fairs in Europe in the food sector, attracting a high concentration of food industry professionals. Each year, it welcomes tens of thousands of professional visitors from over 170 countries, making it an ideal venue for establishing business connections and showcasing innovations in the food and beverage segment.At the Slovak national pavilion, 10 outstanding companies presented their innovative products and technologies: CASTE SK, CELPO, AniLab, MAJA, Marsen Distillery, McLloyd's, Opre' Cidery, Orieshock, Vinárstvo Habsburg, and Zvolenská mliekareň.During the days of the fair the Slovak pavilion was visited by Ms. Miriam Chlupíková, Economic Diplomat at the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Rome, who showed a strong interest in the presented products and discussed with the companies potential opportunities for expanding their presence on the Italian market. Over the course of four intensive days, the Slovak companies held approximately 150 bilateral meetings with potential partners from various parts of the world. Participation in the fair provided these companies with a valuable platform for enhancing brand visibility, establishing new contacts, and gaining access to new markets.We believe that with SARIO's support, these meetings will become a stepping stone toward new international partnerships, projects, and export opportunities in the promising food industry sector.
