Slovak national stand and the Defense & Security Bangkok 2025

The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO), as part of the National Project Department, organized a national stand at the international event Defense & Security Bangkok 2025, which took place in Bangkok, Thailand, from November 10 to 13, 2025. 9 Slovak small and medium-sized enterprises from the fields of armaments, defense, and security presented at the event. 

The following companies exhibited at the national stand: Ardaco, a.s., DELTA DEFENCE a.s. Bratislava, GRAND POWER, s.r.o., iBross, s.r.o., LeoTronics s.r.o., R&D Composite, s.r.o, S.M.S., spol. s r. o., Spanner SK, k.s., and Zepelin/Nixus s.r.o.

The event was intended only for professionals, which significantly increased the quality of visitors and the opportunity to negotiate with professionally qualified company representatives. Each day focused on a different area, such as the navy, air force, and ground forces. The national stand was also visited by the Ambassador of the Slovak Republic, A. Micovčin, and economic diplomat K. Forsthuber, who presented exhibitors with opportunities and obstacles related to the Thai market and introduced them to the possibilities this market offers.

The presentation of Slovak companies also caught the attention of the Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Thailand, General Nattaphon Narkphanita, who also devoted his time to Slovak companies during his visit to the fair. 

Participation in the Defense&Security trade fair was the first presentation of Slovak companies in the region in the form of a national stand and resulted in 120 B2B meetings, which we believe will convert into long-term cooperation and contracts.
