Location Bratislava Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) co-organized a trip for businessmen of Federation of Finnish Technology Industries to Slovakia. The members of this Federation are important Finnish companies operating not only in Finland but also having their offices abroad. SARIO project managers presented Slovakia within the project “Business Friendly Slovakia” – the general conditions for business and investment climate in our country as well as the possibilities of investment incentives for foreign investors. Finnish companies are currently trying to gather information about the environment for possible expansion of these companies abroad. Finnish businessmen visited during their mission in Slovakia industrial and automotive park in Lozorno, foreign companies operating in Slovakia or the Slovak company working in the field of welding technology. SARIO´s aim is to be a modern agency, which will be perceived by foreign investors and domestic partners as a vehicle for growth and innovation. SARIO wants to assist to the development of the Slovak economy in the maximum extent possible by attracting new investment and offering trade support, which shall bring its results in creation of new jobs and ultimately increase the living standards in Slovakia.
