Location Bratislava More than 250,000 square meters of logistics, industrial and office premises will be available to investors in the Easter Slovakia thanks to the Immmopark Slovakia Kosice, which is an important investment in the region. Martina Holecová, Head of Regional Offices Section of SARIO together with the Mayor of Košice Richard Rasi, Tomáš Velemínský (CEO of Erste Group Immorent CR0 and Peter Malik (Erste Group Immorent Slovakia), attended the opening ceremony of the first hall of Immopark Košice. A few weeks ago the first hall of this important logistics park near Košice Airport became fully operational. Since the beginning of September the two terminals logistics company Dachser and Raben have been put into full operation. Both of these international operators that leased the first phase more than 2500 square meters of premises, choose Košice Immopark not only for its strategic location, but also for the possibility of further development, which is important for their business as well as for the region.
