Location Košice On September 24, 2013 the company AT&T organized a grand-opening ceremony on the occasion of newly reconstructed premises of its shared services center in Košice. The company currently employs 600 people and the number will be increased by 100 new positions by the end of 2014. The overall number of employees in Bratislava and Košice will then reach up to 3000. According to Kevin Peters, executive Vice-President of AT&T for Global customer services the key to their success is an effective network and a strong team of employees. “This latest expansion of operation in Košice proves our commitment to further contribute to this region’s employment development as well as to ensure stable and high quality of services to our global customers.” The event was attended by representatives of the state, the city of Košice, business and academic communities as well as executive managers of AT&T. During the key note speeches, representatives of AT&T have also expressed their gratitude to the agency SARIO for the provided assistance and consultancy services for the company so far.
