May 15, Bratislava – The Artificial Intelligence & Data Science conference organized by Amcham Slovakia united all key stakeholders – academia, businesses and government – on one day at one place. The event was part of a bigger platform, which aims to create a roadmap to foster AI related activities in Slovakia.AI plays an integral role in the transforming global economy, is present across all industries and has a strong effect on efficiency and human productivity. SARIO also acknowledges its importance, its effects on large companies established in Slovakia and the business potential it has to offer to smaller Slovak businesses active in this field.For the same reason, in cooperation with AmCham, SARIO co-organized the SARIO - Amcham Business corner, where 6 Slovak AI related businesses had the chance to present their solutions to representatives of Adient, Accenture and IBM. The 1-hour long side event of the conference created an informal atmosphere where participants discussed AI related trends, issues and their potential solutions.As large US enterprises represent a major part of the Slovak economy, SARIO aims to build on this cooperation with Amcham Slovakia and further support its members through similar innovative B2B and related activities.
