On February 19, 2016, Povazska Bystrica, Robert Simoncic, SARIO CEO took part at the Ceremonial Opening of the second production hall of the Dongil Rubber Belt Slovakia Ltd. (DRB Slovakia) factory. "It is very gratifying that SARIO could help in the expansion of DRB Slovakia, a leading supplier to the automotive industry, since this sector is one of the pillars of the development of the entire Slovak economy. It is also the result of targeted aftercare program of the SARIO Agency for established investors with particular emphasis on the Korean investors." Opening ceremony was attended by Oh Myung Hwan, President of Dongil Rubber Belt Co. and Kim Sung Ho, Executive Director of DRB Slovakia and also by Rastislav Chovanec, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy of the SR , Jaroslav Baska, President of the Trencin Region and Karol Janas, the Mayor of Povazska Bystrica. Dongil Rubber Belt Slovakia Ltd.t specializes in the manufacture of gaskets for KIA Motors and Hyundai. Currently the company employs 500 people and use about 200 agency staff. The new investment project refers to an investment of approximately EUR 21,3 million, it will contribute to the creation of around 320 new jobs in the region and promote the creation of new jobs in subcontracting firms.
