SARIO introduced its plans for space sector

SARIO INTRODUCED ITS PLANS FOR SPACE SECTOR AT CROSSECTORIAL COMMITTEE
 
SARIO agency introduced its plans for 2020 at the meeting of the Committee for space activities in the Slovak Republic.

On Friday, December 13th, a meeting of the Committee for space activities in the Slovak Republic took place on the premises of the Slovak Centre of Scientific and Technical Information. Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency was represented by the team leader for diversification services Michal Brichta who presented the current situation in the space industry and introduced the agency’s space-related plans for the upcoming year to the members of the committee and invited guests.

The main event of the next year will be the second edition of Slovak Space Tech Day, following up on the success of this year’s premiere and providing once again a one-day platform for sharing expert experience and creating business opportunities in the space sector.
Consultancy activities aimed at supporting new companies entering the space sector will also continue, while the number of abroad activities will grow.

The Committee for space activities in the Slovak Republic is coordinated by the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic and it consists of representatives of all space-related governmental bodies including the ministries of industry, foreign affairs, transport or environment, as well as representatives of academia and business.
