The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) within the National project “Support of internationalization of SMEs” that is realized within the Operational Program Research and Innovation, in the period from 3rd to 5th March 2020, prepared a platform for seven Slovak small and medium enterprises for their presentation within the joint exposition according to Slovakia’s visual brand GOOD IDEA SLOVAKIA at the international fair of electrical engineering and energy - Middle East Energy Dubai 2020.The fair Middle East Energy Dubai 2020 is one of the most important fairs of its kind in the region and covers a whole range of technologies and electrical devices for the sectors of energetics, production, construction industry, transportation, and urban facilities. At the same time, it is the main place for meetings of specialists and experts in the electrical engineering industry, which makes it a platform for producers, suppliers, and consumers of electrical and energetic devices and machines.The companies AMI spol. s r.o., Control group, s.r.o., Filter Technik Slovakia s.r.o., KELEX s.r.o., Múčka & partners, s.r.o., Podlahy spol. s r.o., and T-Industry, s.r.o. introduced themselves within the joint Slovak exposition.The purpose of the participation of Slovak companies in the joint national Slovak exposition was the possibility of presenting their business activities and introducing the variety of their products to foreign partners, as well as establishing business contacts with the aim of closing business contracts and export of their products abroad.The importance of the Slovak participation at the international fair MEE 2020 was supported also by the participation of H. E. Michal Kováč Ambassador-Designate of the Slovak republic in Abú Dhabí, who, during his visit to the joint exposition, discussed with each representative of the participating companies about their production program and possibilities of entering the market of the United Arab Emirates.SARIO agency throughout the whole period of the implementation of the National project “Support of internationalization of SMEs” plans to organize approximately 75 national expositions at the international fairs and exhibitions abroad.
