Location Bratislava The Slovak Investment and Trade Development agency (SARIO) has presented the Slovak investment and trade possibilities in Wales. Representatives of SARIO took part in a business mission to the United Kingdom, in the following cities of London, Birmingham, Cardiff and Swansea. Aim of the trip was to establish contacts with future partners for the purpose to organize seminars about Slovakia in UK in the next months. The meetings were organized with representatives of most significant British investors in Slovakia, also with consultancy agencies and representatives of employer associations and relevant state institutions. The part of the business mission was a presentation of Slovakia organized during the event of the West Welsh Exporter Association in the city of Swansea, Wales. The association invited the Honorary Consuls from the countries such as Slovakia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden and Thailand with the agenda to provide an overview of the current business opportunities in each country. The Honorary Consul of the Slovak Republic in Wales, Mr. Nigel Payne approached the agency SARIO and offered the possibility to present Slovakia. The presentation was focused on the investment and trade opportunities in the main sectors of Slovakia.
