Location Kosice On October 16, 2013 ISA in cooperation with Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO), Trenkwalder a. s. and Košice region organized the first of a series of workshops on the topic "Flexible, professional and educated workforce in the region - the system measures between schools and employers." At the meeting, representatives of Kosice region and Kosice Slovak plastics cluster, in order to introduce its role in the relationship company - the employer. Company BSH Drives and Pumps Michalovce and Embraco Slovakia, Spišská Nová Ves shared their experiences of effective cooperation with schools with participants, who consisted of representatives of key production personnel departments of companies and vocational schools in Kosice and Presov region. SARIO presented the agenda of Corporate Development Department with an emphasis on activities leading to enhanced cooperation of "theory" and "practice ". The Mayor of Kechnec introduced the project of the European integrated school to be built in one of Slovak success stories - industrial park Kechec. Representatives of Trenkwalder a. s. presented results of a survey in the field of professional trainings and practice, but especially the HR center project and other system solutions for securing qualified, professional and flexible workforce.
