SARIO in cooperation with Commercial Department of Slovak Embassy in Tokyo as well as Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI) and Japanese External Trade Organization (JETRO) organizes Research and Development investment seminar in the premises of TCCI on the 25th of November. Presentations by delegates from SARIO, Japanese and Slovak companies and Technical University of Košice pointed out on the current conditions in R&D environment as well as its potential for Japanese investors. The audience represented more than 50 delegates from Japanese enterprises and Japanese state and local governments. Promotion of the Slovak R&D potential continued by a visit of three world top rated Universities: Keio University, Waseda University and Tokyo Institute of Technology. The topics of a discussions of SARIO delegates with rector, vice-rector and dean of the Technical University of Kosice and representatives of Japanese universities were especially further steps for enhancing cooperation in a field of R&D. SARIO also initiated bilateral meetings with several investors considering investment into automotive and electro technical industry in Slovakia.
