Location Banská Bystrica The representatives of the regional office of the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) in Banska Bystrica on October 22, 2013 accompanied the visit of the representatives of the Chamber of Commerce of Ascoli - Piceno and the Development Agency Picenopromozione from Italy. The aim of the visit of the delegation was to get to know the possibilities of mutual cooperation for Italian and Slovak companies. Further deepening of the cooperation between companies from the regions of Banska Bystrica and the Marche region, in the province of Ascoli – Piceno, is seen in agriculture, engineering, handicraft and tourism. The Chamber of Commerce Ascoli has over 29,000 members from various industries. SARIO presented business and investment environment of Slovakia and particularly Banska Bystrica region. Italians have said that this is their first visit to Slovakia and to the region of Banska Bystrica. During the day, however they agreed to exchange visits in 2014, as well as trade missions from both regions, and the Exchange of invitations to events organized by SOPK, SPPK and the Chamber of Commerce of Ascoli. They were extremely interested in the production of crop and livestock productio , seed production , agro-tourism and gastronomy options .
